Traditional houses (Hanok), which serve as the nests of our lives and best preserve local identity and heritage, are cultural assets that must be safeguarded.

At the peak of Hallyu 4.0, the time has come to actively develop K-tourism and creative software. In this changing landscape, such heritage must be reinterpreted as local intellectual property and become a leading force in glocalization.

In this spirit, K-Classic and the distinguished traditional house Jogyeondang hereby agree, based on mutual trust, to cultivate the value and vision of this space together—so that it may stand as a proud cultural energy, prevent regional decline, and evolve into a new creative hub where the future of youth can be designed. We hereby share this agreement as a pledge of our commitment.
