Born in Alaquàs (Valencia), Enric Parreño is a versatile conductor, who has been working with different orchestras and ensembles showing a solid conduction, consequence of his wide musical education. At the present time he arranges his works of conductor with the one of education, being in charge of the direction of the Conservatory of his native city.

 

Enric Parreño MoratallHe was formed as an instrumentist in Valencia and Barcelona, instructed by several professionals as Ramón Herrero, Rafael Tortajada and Salvador González. As a conductor he is studying with Juan Luis Martínez. But also getting lessons and courses in different schools from Denise Ham, Salvador Mas, Josep Pons, Jesús Lopez-Cobos, Norbert Nozy. He obtained the diploma of conducting of "WIENER MEISTERKURSE" in "KONSERVATORIUM WIEN PRIVATUNIVERSITÄT" from professors Jörg Bierhance and Salvador Mas Conde. Also obtained diploma of the international course celebrated in Berlin by Michael Jurowski. He was selected and participated in the prestigious contest of conductors organized by the Orchestra of Cadaqués.

 

 

As an educator, he has been teaching in different music schools and conservatories, chamber music, theory and orchestra. He teaches conducting courses in Valencia, Colombia, República Dominicana and Panamá. He frequently conducts different ensembles, as Banda Municipal de Buenos Aires (Argentina), Orquesta Dominicana de Vientos (República Dominicana), Banda de Conciertos de Limón (Costa Rica), Orquesta Caucana de Vientos (Colombia), Banda de la Diputación de Zaragoza (España), Concordia Band (Minesota-USA), Mercer University Wind Ensemble (Georgia-USA), Banda de Poblados Marítimos (Valencia), Orquesta Sinfónica Binacional (Panamá-Costa Rica) and Orquesta Julio Fonseca del SINEM (Costa Rica). At the present, he is the main conductor of Banda sinfónica de la Unió Musical d'Alaquàs (Valencia-España), Kamerata Musicale y Orquestra Sinfónica del Castell (Valencia-España), Orquesta Caucana de Vientos (Colombia) and Orquesta Panameña de Vientos (Panamá).

 

 

He has been working with international soloists as Armin Rosin, Eloy Marques, Germán Murcia, Fernando Taberner, Adolfo García, Christian Ibáñez, Giuliano Sommerhalder, Esther Vidal, Xavier Martínez, Alejandro Abad, Juan F. Avendaño, Pep Burguera, Philippe Cuper, and also with different singer form the actual spanish musical scene. From his repertory we should emphasize the interpretations of Magnificat Bach, Mozart's Requiem, Schubert Unfinished symphony, and different concertos for violin, trumpet, trombone, oboe, piano and clarinet soloists.....
